When Christian has argument about the 4th commandment regarding the rest on Saturday [the seventh day], they should read the whole book of Hebrew and pay attention to Hebrew 4: 1 to 16 about the seventh day and the faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
The first priority is still the faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. After having the faith, your new life should follow Jesus' commandments.
Holy Spirit devotes exactly a whole chapter at the number four to clarify the fourth commandment of the law - Sabbath Day and the faith in Jesus Christ.

Sunday is not Christian’s Sabbath day. Sunday is the first day of your works.
It is not difficulty to find both side' arguments on the Internet.
One side is keeping the law. The other side is not need to keep the law.
I am enjoying Sabbath day with my God, because the Christ in me is keeping the law. God never commanded a Gentile to keep the law - not one Gentile. But Christ who lived in me is a Jewish person who keeps the Jewish Law. I am walking after the Christ - The Holy Spirit. He stops and rest from Friday evening to Saturday evening and I follow to stop and rest from Friday evening to Saturday evening. Jesus is my very important person VIP in my mind and body. I know He keeps the Sabbath every seventh day in this Gentile's body as a God's Temple. So I do not want to disturb Him by doing job, enjoying movie, playing balls, or fishing etc. Jesus is not a wooden idol that I can arrange Him to rest on the other day. If I do not rest on the time for Him, He would go out to find other place.
I am very happy that I know walk after the Holy Spirit has no condemnation.
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them, which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Invite Jesus Christ into your heart. Doing / keeping all sort of commandments, spreading Gospel - great commandment, set up a church, these good stuff would not able to please God, unless you have the Jesus Christ.

Many people asked "If you are going back and take up the law of the Sabbath, then what about circumcision?"
This question is the Christ who takes up the law, not me a Gentile and Sabbath is repeating every seventh day. I am following Jesus to rest and worship God on Sabbath day. By this faith, I accomplished the Faith and abiding the Law without contradictions with each other.
Does Gentile need to follow Jesus to do circumcision?
Luke 2:22 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
I can tell you, if Jesus does circumcision tomorrow, follow Him again. The circumcision is one time only, not cutting fingernails. The living Jesus Christ who lived in born again Christian was circumcised after eight days. He would NOT do it again. We uncircumcised Gentile people have faith in Christ; this completed the law requirement already. When we trust in the Lord, most of Gentile people had already passed the eighth day from his birthday. Can we go back to the eighth day to do circumcision as Jews?
Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. Romans 3:30
Follow Jesus Christ, He is the only the rock that protect you from the fire and heat from God when God return. When we meet God, we would be burnt if we were without the Rock shading us from burning. If we follow after Jesus to worship God on Sabbath day, the Jesus is the Rock and He is the only savior that protects us from the fire and heat.
